Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern the use of the SAIACS CEO Centre website, accommodation services, conference facilities, event venues, and related services. By making a reservation, booking an event, or using our services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
Booking & Payment
All room and event bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payments, deposits, and applicable charges must be completed in accordance with the booking terms communicated at the time of reservation.
Check-In, Check-Out & Guest Identification
Guests are required to complete check-in and check-out according to the timings communicated during booking. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all guests at check-in. Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa, and applicable registration formalities will be completed as required by law.
House Rules
Guests are expected to follow all house policies during their stay. This includes maintaining appropriate conduct, complying with campus rules, and respecting the safety, comfort, and privacy of other guests and visitors.
Event Bookings
Conference, seminar, banquet, retreat, and event bookings are governed by the terms agreed upon during confirmation. Event organisers are responsible for ensuring compliance with venue guidelines and operational requirements.
Penalties for Policy Violations
Any breach of booking conditions, house rules, or event agreements may result in additional charges, cancellation of services, or other actions as permitted under the applicable booking agreement.
Liability
While SAIACS CEO Centre takes reasonable measures to provide a safe and secure environment, guests remain responsible for their personal belongings and conduct during their stay or event. Liability shall be limited to the extent permitted under applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. Any disputes arising from bookings or services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Karnataka.
