Do you have a business centre?
Yes — an auditorium seating ~350, four seminar and conference halls, banquet and dining spaces, and outdoor venues for up to ~500 guests. Use the event enquiry form for a quote.
Do you provide catering?
Yes — Indian, Chinese and Continental cuisine for conferences, banquets and receptions.
Do you allow smoking or alcohol?
No. The campus is strictly non-smoking and alcohol-free.
Do you accept card payments?
Yes — all major credit and debit cards are accepted.
What about taxes?
GST applies as per current rules — 5% on tariffs up to ₹7,499 per night and 12% above that.
Are rates per person or per room?
Per room, regardless of the number of guests in the room.
Can I add an extra bed?
Yes, on prior notice, for a standard fee. Infants stay at no cost.
Can you host retreats, training programmes and academic conferences?
Yes. The campus is well suited to residential retreats, multi-day training, and academic events such as symposia, summer schools and convocations — with breakout halls, an auditorium, dining and on-site rooms all in one place. NGO, church and ministry groups are equally welcome. Use the event enquiry form for a quote.
Is the Centre family-friendly?
Yes. The quiet, secure, green campus suits families and children, with outdoor space to play, first-aid, doctor-on-call support and round-the-clock security. The campus is non-smoking and alcohol-free throughout.
